"I would recommend Rob Winkler to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, trustworthy real estate agent!This was my first time buying a home, and I had no idea what I was getting myself in to. Following our first conversation, I knew Rob was going to be a great asset and someone I could trust. Throughout the entire process, Rob made sure I was comfortable with all the information and what the next steps would be. Rob makes himself available at all times to field any questions (and I had a lot!), and was very quick to respond to any calls / texts / emails. "Rob is the absolute best! I cannot thank him enough for making the sale of my home so easy! He met with me a few weeks before we listed and helped me set realistic expectations with the process of selling a home in the current market. He had fantastic pictures taken, he was readily available to answer all of my questions, he did a great job negotiating through a multiple offer scenario, and we were able to have a quick 3 week closing!
